1. K289 ROE CLAN RULES
- All clans must say they follow K289 Roe in the first line of their clan description. Clans that do not have this wording will not be protected by the ROE.
- All players under 1M might, except those in outlaw clans, are always protected by ROE
- Clanless players over 1M might are not protected by ROE
2. DIPLOMATIC CONDUCT
- Clans must have a diplomat. Diplomats or clan leaders speak for their clan before the kingdom. Please list your diplomat(s) in the clan description
3. CLAN TERRITORY AND BUILDINGS
- Attacks on clan buildings are illegal and can result in immediate outlawing of the attacker
- Resources, including DMs and Wellsprings, inside clan territory or their claimed space belong to that clan. The clan can remove you as they wish including requesting help from the royal guard
- Monsters, Crypts and Arenas do not belong to a clan.
- Resources located outside the clan territory are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Attacks on resource points are prohibited.
4. PORTALS
- All portals are use at your own risk and anyone from outside the kingdom can attack them at any time.
- During COT, all portals are fair game for attacks except: Ayrin/ Coastal portals (within 5 titles of the ocean/border), Clan Territory Portals, Event and Memorial portals. If an in kingdom attack comes through, the portal becomes hostile and can be closed. (Gold mines as a memorial gesture are preferred for off kingdom safety)
5. SPECIAL EVENTS
- Summoned Objects such as snowmen, pumpkins, carrots etc are not to be stolen.
- Any uninvited attack counts as an illegal attack. Summoned object chests that have been stolen are to be paid 2 to 1
6. FARON
- The use of Faron to win an election is illegal. If a player wins the election with Faron their kingship will not be acknowledged and they will be declared outlaws, This may extend to their clan leader and entire clan as well. They do not get to participate in any councils or discussions.
- The previous palace will remain in full power and authority. The previous palace may have a new vote of the senate to choose a replacement king if they wish to step down.
7. PLAYER VS PLAYER: COT
- The only PVP event this kingdom will participate in is Clash for the Throne. All other tournaments, including resource tournaments, are banned. Any attacks within the kingdom are illegal outside of COT.
- You cannot attack a player's city that has less than 50% of your might. If a smaller might player attacks a larger player, the larger player may retaliate.
- Scouting outside of pvp is an attack.
- NO reinforced attacks allowed in the kingdom unless on a hostile portal. Reinforced defense is allowed.
8. ILLEGAL ATTACKS
- A player may ask another player to retaliate on their behalf.
- It is recommended the retaliating player explain why they are attacking. ex : My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die!
- You can retaliate within 24 hours or go to court, not both
9. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
- All disputes must be resolved directly between the players involved within 24 hours.
- After 24 hours diplomats may be contacted
- If no resolution is reached the court Must Be Notified Within 48 hours. Inform the court but do not comment until the trial. The court's verdict will be binding. The members of the court are appointed and dismissed by the King.
- The RG can enforce Royal Court rulings if deadlines pass without payment.
- Public disputes are not recommended.
10. OUTLAWS
- A player with OUTLAW status may be branded with a negative title in the palace, and can only be removed by the Palace. Attacks on ROE following clan buildings results in immediate outlaw status.
- Outlaws are not protected by ROE and can be attacked by anyone at anytime
- If that player is not removed from their clan within 24 hours their entire clan will be outlawed
- Any clan that accepts a known outlaw will be outlawed after 24 hour notice. That clan and its buildings are no longer protected by roe. If a player with known alts is outlawed, their alt accounts are also outlawed.
- Outlaws may not participate in Senate votes. The King may remove outlaw status.
- The court may also after compensation is paid.
- For PVP disputes, for the same offense: First offense: 14 day outlaw, Second Offense: 28 day outlaw, Third offense: outlaw

- RSS: Equal to the RSS taken (including Silver)
- Add in 20% caravan tax
- Penalty compensation (for illegal attacks)
- Capital = 10,000,000
- Fort = 5,000,000
- Unlawful attack on a city with no losses = 700,000 silver
- In court, the judge's discretion applies and takes precedence over standard fees.
12. TAXES
- Ingots can only be used by the palace. Ingots may be stolen by players from other kingdoms and used to buy bonuses for their kingdom.
- Hoarding them only makes you a target and prevents you from getting bonuses
- Each capital level makes a specific number of ingots per day.
- We have applied a limit to how many ingots you can hold by capital level
- Clan leaders are responsible for ensuring their members pay taxes. It is the responsibility of a clan leader to notify the Royal Guard if they have a player in need of tax collection, if it cannot be resolved through chatting.
- Level 1-14: 1000
- Level 15-22: 10,000
- Level 23-30: 50,000
- Level 31-36: 90,000
- Level 37-42: 110,000
- Level 43-45: 128,000
13. ROYAL GUARD
- The Royal Guard is made up of reliable volunteers. Their duty is to protect the peace and enforce the ROE on behalf of the Palace.
- All members of the Royal Guard must maintain neutrality or allow their fellow guard to perform their actions unimpeded. RG can be replaced at any time at the discretion of the King and Queen. They can also resign.
- The Royal Guard will keep records of all its actions to ensure transparency and legitimacy.
14. CHANGES
- The Roe can only be changed by majority approval vote from a committee of leaders of the top 21 clans, by might, consisting of more than 20 players. The ROE cannot be changed during COT
15. Water Walker Rule
- Players using Ayrin as their hero avatar must obtain their CoT points by marching on other kingdoms. For this reason,
- Cities of Ayrin-using players cannot be attacked; and
- Portals of Ayrin-using players cannot be attacked if they are located immediately adjacent to the sea and at least five (5) tiles away from a clanβs borders. Violations will be considered an illegal attack and will be handled as listed above.
